Defining the Company’s Belief / Vision leads to a definitive purpose.

 

This lays the foundation of a roadmap.

 

A Vision needs to be Far Sighted, Balanced, Aligned, Viable, Ambitious, Focused and Measurable.

 

Without a Vision / Intent, we might as well be “Driving around in Circles”

Translating the Company’s Vision / Intent into time bound plans is of utmost importance.

 

Set the direction with a longer term plan.

 

Get a focused plan for the medium term.

 

A tactical plan is essential for the immediate term to ensure identification of execution steps (and measurables) for tracking milestones towards success.
